Return & Exchange

Only applicable for Singapore Orders.

  • All returns and exchanges are strictly to be within 7 days of invoice date
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from Singapore
  • There are no returns or exchanges allowed in retail / brick and mortar stores and counters
  • There is a strictly no refund policy
  • It may take 5 to 8 business days from the date of the return for the online store credit to be issued
  • Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in retail boutique or via our online portal.

    Please follow the steps below for online returns :
    Send an email to customer@solelovers.com with your invoice attached and reason for exchange and returns.

    Our customer service officers will contact you within 5 business days of your return request. They may request further information/ pictures to access your request, then send an email of confirmation once the return is approved. With this confirmation email, we will schedule a date and time for a courier to pick up the item(s) from a location agreed. 

    Please do not return any item(s) before receiving a return confirmation email. 

    Please note that currently all returns postage will be paid by the sender.

    All returns and exchanges via the Online Store are to be shipped to the address below.
