Singapore & Malaysia Orders :
· All returns and exchanges are strictly to be within 14 days of invoice/ goods received date.
· Clearance items, which are final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
· All items must be in original condition, returned unworn, undamaged (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging. · All items would need to be purchased originally from www.solelovers.com.
· A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns.
· Returns that do not meet our policy will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
· Orders included free gift with purchase and the value of the order falls below the qualifying amount after return, the redeemed gift must be returned as well. If not, you will incurred charges based on the market value of the gift.
· Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions
· It may take up to 14 working days from the date we received your return for inspection & refund processed.
· Exchanges can be made for sizes but limited to the same style purchased.

Our team will contact you within 3 working days of your request. They may request further information/ pictures to access your request, then send an email of confirmation once the return is approved with the return address and instructions. *Please note that all returns postage will be paid by the sender.
2) How will I get my refund?
You'll get your refund for your online order in the original mode of payment. Kindly allow 7-14 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account after you received the confirmation email from us.
3) Are shipping fee refundable?
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4) Terms & conditions
· Sole Lovers reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before proceeding any returns, refunds or exchanges. Any ineligible item(s) we reserved right to reject and ship back the item to sender, the shipping and handling charges will be borne by sender.
· Sole Lovers shall not be responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. For product management purposes, please use a postal method that can be tracked as much as possible.
· Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear.
· Sole Lovers makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
· Sole Lovers’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
