  • All returns and exchanges are strictly to be within 7 days of invoice/ goods received date.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from www.solelovers.com.
  • There are no returns or exchanges allowed in retail / brick and mortar stores and counters.
  • It may take 5 to 8 business days from the date of the return for the online refund to be issued.
  • Exchanges can be made for sizes but limited to the same style purchased.
  • Sales item(s) can be exchanged within 7 days of the invoice/ goods received date, unless otherwise specified. 

    Please follow the steps below for online returns :
    Send an email to customer@solelovers.com with your invoice attached and reason for exchange and returns.

    Our customer service officers will contact you within 5 business days of your return request. They may request further information/ pictures to access your request, then send an email of confirmation once the return is approved. With this confirmation email, you may arrange the goods return to the address below.

    Please do not return any item(s) before receiving a return confirmation email. 

    Please note that currently all returns postage will be paid by the sender.
