Please also do check with your country customs for the estimated duties and taxes and exclusions for orders that are shipped from overseas before placing an order. Duties and taxes will be buyer’s responsibility and if buyer reject the order due to duties and taxes, we will deduct the amount from the refund as the duties and taxes will need to be paid before the order is back to us. 1) My location is not on the list of delivery destinations, can I still place my order?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to every country across the world. If you can’t find your country above, kindly contact us and we’ll do our best to get you a pair.

2) Are there any restricted zones you do not ship to?

We are unable to deliver to P.O.box addresses, hotel, military or protected areas. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Shipping charges for a failed attempted delivery to restricted areas will be borne by you.

3) How do I change my address once an order has been placed?

You won’t be able to amend your delivery address once your order is shipped. But if the parcel is still under proceeding, we will try our best to do the address amendment. Do contact us ASAP here


Singapore - the local sales tax (GST) is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore’s tax regulations. You are not required to pay for any additional costs. There will be no hidden costs billed upon delivery.

International – Customs policies and import duties depend on the local policy of the country. Sole Lovers can neither be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the responsibility of the customer to be paid upon receipt of the package.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.
