Q: Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

A: No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.


Q: How do I place an order?

A: Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment. 

Q: Do you ship outside of Singapore?

A: Yes we do! You may add your items to cart to check out and find out the shipping rates. Should you have any trouble or questions, feel free to email us at customer@solelovers.com


Q:How do I pay for my orders?

A: We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard and VISA.


Q:I have a discount code, how can I use it?

A: Key in the coupon code at the field “Apply Coupon” and click “Apply” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.


Q:Can I make changes to my order?

A: Yes, you could make changes to your order before the parcel is dispatch from our office. Kindly email us at customer@solelovers.com and we will do our best to assist you to modify your order accordingly. 


Q:Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you could cancel your order before the parcel is dispatch from our office. Please email us at customer@solelovers.com and we will assist you to cancel the order for you. Upon cancellation, an email would be sent to you to update you on the status.


Q:How can I track my delivery?

A: Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, airpak.


Q:What should I do if I received a wrong/defective item?

A: Do get in touch with us via email at customer@solelovers.com with the product details, we'll assist you with the exchange.

Q: My shoes does not fit, can I get an exchange/refund?

A: You may exchange for another pair of shoes, should there be a price a difference, a top up will be required, or you may opt for a refund as well. However, do take note the refund will be in online shopping credits. 

Exchange/Refunds are only applicable within 7 days upon receiving order, to be eligible for the exchange/refunds, do make sure item is in original condition, new and unworn in original packaging. We reserve the rights to reject any exchange/refund if any defect is found.

Q:Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

A: We will not be able to redirect orders once your parcels have been dispatched. Kindly ensure that correct shipping address has been provided.


Q:Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

A: For local orders, the goods and services tax of 7% will be included in your order automatically.
For international orders, purchaser will be responsible for any import charges. If your order requires any import charges, payment has to be made on your end for your package to be cleared from custom.


Q:Can I request for tax refund?

A: There will no tax refund for any purchases made at Sole Lovers online store.
